Coronavirus

The current social distancing, isolation, lockdown – call it what you will – seems likely to continue for some time.  In a close knit community like ours, the regular interaction between people is sadly missed, but we have to make the best of where we are and still keep in contact.  Some people walk regularly, bump into friends and talk from opposite sides of the road.  Sometimes, walkers see friends in the garden and talk from over the hedge, but none of this is a substitute for ‘First Friday’ in The Miners, a Cheese and Wine in the Village Hall or a Village Walk.  Some people use Facebook to keep in touch, but many do not.  For the duration of the current restrictions on all of our lives, this page will be available for any bits of news, photos, etc. whether insignificant or earth-shattering, to be posted to keep us all abreast of what’s going on.  Please send your contribution to geoffosborne@hotmail.com.

New Residents

Sadie, Jonny and family have just moved from Blowinghouse/Trevellas to Kando Cottage – they have swapped houses with Colin and Rachel Teagle.  Wave if you see them.
